  The Battery Eraser is ideal for creating unusual effects and for experimenting with different drawing techniques. It can of course be used to rub out unwanted marks too! When the eraser is switched on, the spinning action of the eraser lifts pigment from the paper. The precise control offered by the eraser makes it suitable for highlighting and refining marks and amending small areas of work. The operating button is positioned on the top of the eraser which means it is ideal for left and right handed people and is very comfortable to use   The Derwent Burnisher is a hard colourless pencil which when used over layers of pigment provides a rich polished finish. Burnishing pushes the pigment into the paper and leaves a very well blended, photo like finish. By sealing the image with a heavy wax it gives the image a polished or reflective look and makes the colours appear brighter  

By using a pencil extender you can use almost every bit of a pencil before having to throw it away. It also makes shorter pencils feel more balanced and allows for a better grip.

The Derwent Pencil Extenders are available in two sizes; the silver extender fits larger sized pencils, up to 8mm, including Derwent Pastel, Coloursoft and Artists Pencils. While the black extender is for use with standard sized pencils, up to 7mm, including Derwent Graphic, Watercolour and Studio pencils

  Derwent offers two types of battery operated sharpener. You can choose between a standard sharpener or one with a rotating helical blade - Super Point        
           
  The standard battery operated sharpener allows you to sharpen 5 different pencil diameters, including extra wide jumbo pencils and you can alter the sharpness of the pencil point to suit you just by turning a dial on the bottom of the sharpener. It works perfectly for left and right handed people as you can rotate the base to achieve a comfortable sharpening position
